Orizo has a clever way of confirming rooms are ready for occupation through the use of Audits.
As Orizo is linked to the college reservation system, we can generate an audit job 1 day after a student has exited the college.
This allows a maintenance team member to run through a list of checks, all built into Orizo. Each issue generates a job automatically that can be assigned in the normal way.
Room audit
Any containers or boxes for storage while a student is away over the semester break can be stored with Orizo even clever enough to automatically generate a job to collect the boxes and put in the student’s new room, when they return.
