A Room is defined as an accomodation room that one or more people sleep in. Rooms such as common rooms, shared kitchens etc, are not included in the room count for the purposes of caluclating the monthly cost

A Monthly Hosting Fee is also payable. Typically this is around $200 per month per college but may be more depending on the size of the college and the amount of data stored. We use Amazon Web Services for all our hosting - the world's leading provider.

In many cases, there is no upfront cost to implement Orizo within your college. However, establishment and customization fees may apply in some circumstances, and we will discuss these with you as part of a written quotation.
