With Orizo, it’s really easy to report an issue that needs fixing.

 

That’s the main reason we developed Orizo, to make it quick and easy to report problems.

Most of us use our phones for many of our daily activities and it is only natural to use it to report something you’d like fixed.

 

Students and staff can use any Android or Apple smart phone or tablet to raise an issue. You can also use a laptop running Windows or Mac if you prefer – but mostly we find it’s a hand held device that people use.

 

Orizo comes with an app that you can download from the App Store or Google Play.

Simply search for "Orizo" in the store.

The app is free to download and uses a very small amount of data - so it won't impact on monthly data allowances.

When students arrive at college you check them in to your reservation system, as normal.

Students then download the Orizo app.

Log in is simple and secure.

Students enter their email address, and Orizo emails an activation code. Clicking on the code grants access.

You can also manually enter student details into Orizo if you wish - but there's no need. Let us take care of this for you by linking your reservation system to the Orizo platform.

But making a smart phone app is only the beginning of what Orizo does. The app knows a student’s room number and saves them having to choose this from a long list of rooms within the campus.

It also knows what facilities you have in your room – so for example it won’t present a list of kitchenette faults if you don’t have one.

 

Issues are grouped by category to simplify finding the right issue to raise (which later in the process makes it much more efficient to assign to the right department – the first time).
