
Resolve
It’s really easy for managers to assign jobs to the available workforce. One window does it all.

Each college has team members and / or contractors to resolve maintenance issues. This can include faults as well as routine maintenance tasks generated by managers.

When a team member logs into Orizo, it recognises their credentials and provides them with a list of any jobs they’ve been allocated.

As workers complete tasks they indicate this via the app.
Managers know immediately a task is finished either via app notifications or by logging into Orizo.

Managers get the final say on whether an issue is closed or not – it might be finished for one worker but need to be transferred to another.
For example a maintenance manager could change a lightbulb but notice the switch isn't working and indicate this via the comments, allowing the manager to allocate this to a licensed electrician.

When satisfied an issue is resolved a manager can close the job.
Students get immediate notifications via the app - just like they do with new messages.
